WHERE CAN I PUT A TINY HOME?

In Arizona, tiny homes on wheels are considered RVs on placement. Our tiny homes are a motor vehicle with a VIN number and a title built to DOT or RVIA standards. If you want your tiny home to be built to local code, we can do that, you will just need to make sure this is approved in your area. Generally, wherever you are able to park an RV, you should also be able to park a tiny home. Some people go to RV parks that allow tiny homes, while others go to property (with a single family home present), that also allows RV parking.

WHAT STATES ALLOW TINY HOMES?

Tiny homes are legal in most states, however, there are many variables in finding out whether or not a state, city or county allows tiny homes and if so, what the regulations are. The first thing to consider is whether the tiny home is built on wheels or a foundation (All of our homes are built on wheels). Then you must look at the state law and codes, these can vary by counties as well. Once you know what the rules and regulations are for the area you wish to place your tiny home and if it is allowed, then we can plan and build accordingly.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST TINY HOME YOU CAN BUILD?

In order to be street legal, we cannot build larger than 50 ft long, 11 ft wide and 13 ft 6 in high.


DO YOU HAVE FINANCING?

We offer financing with 20-30% down, a loan up to $100,000, with a credit score of 680 or above. Financing terms are for 5, 10, 15, and 23 years at 6-7% interest rate dependent on credit score. You can apply online to get pre-approved here on our website.


WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?

STAGE 1: VISIT OUR SHOWROOM. First, we recommend you come into the shop to view the tiny homes we are currently working on and to discuss what you may like included in your tiny home if you were to build one. If you prefer to not come in person, we have all of our models and photos on our website as well as social media.

STAGE 2: FINANCING. If you find that tiny home living is for you, the next step is to decide whether you will pay cash or finance your new home. If you will pay cash you may go ahead and schedule your design meeting. If you will be financing you must get pre-approved on our website. Once we receive your pre-approval you may go ahead and schedule your design meeting.

STAGE 3: DESIGN MEETING. During the design meeting, you will be able to choose from a select range of home features. Next we will send you an official estimate - at this point you may make changes where needed. After you approve the estimate we require a 50% deposit if cash, a 20% down payment for financing (personal use), and a 30% down payment for financing if it's for rental use. Once we receive your deposit/down payment your place in the build queue is secured.

STAGE 4: BUILD. Once you are next in the build queue we will begin to build your tiny home. The process is approximately 2 months in addition to the queue time. Once your build is complete the remaining 50% is due if cash. Your new tiny home is now ready to be delivered!


HOW TO TRANSFER MY TINY HOME?

You will need a 3/4 ton truck (Ford 250 or bigger) to move your tiny home. We also offer delivery options if you prefer.
